A visionary educationist and passionate entrepreneur, Mrs. Pradeepa Thinakaran has dedicated her career to transforming literacy education. As Founder–Director of Zing Group of Institutions — encompassing Zing Phonics Academy, Zingg International Preschool, Zing Teacher Training Academy, and Zing Abacus Academy — she leads with purpose and passion.

She is an Official Jolly Phonics & Jolly Grammar Trainer, certified by Jolly Learning UK, and one of the few trainers in Tamil Nadu to hold this distinction. Her international certifications in TESOL, TEFL, and TEYL further reflect her global vision for early education.

Her approach is rooted in empathy, research, and continuous learning. As a woman entrepreneur, she is equally committed to empowering homemakers and aspiring teachers — offering them professional training and meaningful career opportunities through the Zing Teacher Training Academy. Her guiding philosophy is simple yet powerful: education must be purposeful, joyful, and transformative.
