Mrs. Deepa Nagarajan serves as the Operations Director of Zing Group of Institutions, leading the seamless execution of academic and administrative operations across all Zing centres. With exceptional organisational expertise and a commitment to operational excellence, she ensures that every centre upholds the institution’s vision, values, and quality standards.

As the Director of Academics for Zing Abacus Academy and Zing Tamil Phonics Academy, she has been instrumental in developing programmes that strengthen children’s foundational skills in numeracy and language. Driven by her passion for Tamil, she has pioneered simple, engaging, and effective teaching methodologies that make Tamil literacy meaningful and accessible for young learners.

 

Her international certifications in TESOL, TEFL, and TEYL further reflect her global vision for early education. Mrs. Deepa works closely with centre heads, teachers, and academic teams to maintain consistency, optimise resources, strengthen teacher accountability, and foster meaningful parent engagement. Her structured leadership transforms strategic goals into effective day-to-day practices, ensuring a high-quality learning experience across every Zing centre.
